  1. “How ‘Afro-Futurism’ reshaped science fiction”: The old notion of the universality of art seems at risk of submergence in all this racial emphasis… Are we overpoliticizing art, again?

    • Again? When has art not been political?

      The racial emphasis will eventually fade (not in our lifetimes nor in our children’s lifetimes) only to be replaced by something new. Might as well enjoy the ride until then…
