Kevin is a serial entrepreneur with experience in academic/grantwriting, scientific research, medical R&D, and intellectual property transactions. After founding a research consulting firm in 2015 to assist with journal article editing, Kevin focused his efforts on creating grantwriting systems and teams. His team specializes in small business grants (with the majority of his grants going to the SBIR/STTR program at the NIH), and his team of 30+ medical researchers has obtained over $7M in funding for health startups. Alongside this work, he has founded a startup focused on automating literature reviews for physicians, with the goal of gathering data from the ~3 million clinical studies in the literature into a central, updatable, structured platform.
