Shree Agnihotri is pursuing an LLM in Legal Theory at NYU where she is trying to balance her interest in constitutional political theories with a fair bit of moral philosophy. Her LLM thesis focuses on implicit limitations on constitutional amendments and substantive judicial review. She is, however, regularly distracted by game-theory analysis of institutional decision-making mechanisms and the eternal moral question of how best to ‘think’ about eternal moral questions.
