Tridivesh Singh Maini is a New Delhi-based Policy Analyst. He is an Assistant Professor with The Jindal School of International Affairs, OP Jindal Global University, Sonepat, Haryana. His research interests include the role of state governments in Indian foreign policy, cooperative federalism, the India-Pakistan-China triangle, and India’s Act East Policy.

He is a former SAV Visiting Fellow (2016) with the Stimson Center in Washington DC. Maini was also an Asia Society India-Pakistan Regional Young Leaders Initiative (IPRYLI) Fellow (2013-2014), and a Public Policy Scholar with The Hindu Centre for Politics and Public Policy, Chennai (2013-2014).

He is the author of South Asian Cooperation and the Role of the Punjabs (2007) and co-authored, with Tahir Malik and Ali Farooq Malik, Humanity Amidst Insanity: Hope During and After the Indo-Pak Partition (2008) . Maini is also one of the editors of Warriors after War: Indian and Pakistani Retired Military Leaders Reflect on Relations between the Two Countries, Past Present and Future, published by Peter Lang (2011).

Maini is a regular contributor for a number of publications including The Diplomat (Tokyo) and The Quint (New Delhi).
