If we can have a “concert of democracies”, why not have the orthodox and Protestants voting for Pope?
Too much bad faith, Jack. And besides: the bigger the republic, the weaker the majority; and in democracies, the majority is tyranny.
“Concert of democracies” is a bad idea, though. Better to federate, preferably under a proven constitutional system (like ours).
