“NATO’s Strategic Malaise”: Should we expect an expanded, more complex NATO somehow to avoid channeling the U.N?
Maybe, maybe not. NATO is a military alliance, the UN was founded to be a top-down world government. One is decentralized, the other centralized.
I think an expanded, more complex NATO would be great for the world, if it’s done right.
