    • I’ve often thought about that myself, Jack. (Have you heard of David Brin’s “Uplift” universe?) 400 years from now, and assuming humanity continues along its present trajectory, our ancestors may very well look at our meat-eating habits the same way we look down upon our cannibalistic ancestors.
